I provide video therapy to individual adults and couples residing in California, Wisconsin, or any of the 39 participating PSYPACT states. I have been helping adults with a variety of mental, emotional and interpersonal concerns for over 15 years. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy. My various approaches are based on research and tailored to individual needs. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and psychologist. I seek to consistently be sensitive to your needs and concerns while giving you the upmost compassion and respect. Concurrently, I will challenge you in a positive and nonjudgmental manner in order to help you overcome any obstacles between you and living the life you decide is satisfying.
