I provide video therapy to individual adults and couples in midlife residing in California, Wisconsin, or any of the 42 participating PSYPACT states. I have been helping adults and couples in medical settings and private practice for over 20 years. My continued passion is helping adults in midlife navigate the physical, emotional and relationship challenges of midlife and beyond. I have created Therapy for Midlife to address the unique challenges that are commonly experienced and often not talked about during this stage in life. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and psychologist. I seek to consistently be sensitive to your needs and concerns while giving you the upmost compassion and respect. Concurrently, I will challenge you in a positive and nonjudgmental manner in order to help you overcome any obstacles between you and living the life you decide is satisfying in midlife and beyond.
